Dear Visitor:

Welcome to the Citizens Conservation Corps of West Virginia’s Web site. We are glad you’re here, and we appreciate your interest in our programs, our organization, and the future of our great state!

The legacy of the Citizens Conservation Corps (CCC) and its tradition dates back to the 1930s under President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s public work programs. Our CCC ancestors forged an impressive, solid reputation built on hard work, self esteem and values. Following that proud tradition, today’s Corps is alive and well, working to improve communities throughout West Virginia.

I invite you to explore this site and learn about the many ways in which the CCC is truly working, investing and improving. We are working diligently each and every day to strengthen and revitalize communities all across the Mountain State. This is done by investing in our people, both youth and adults. We all share a common dream of improving and impacting as many lives as possible through education, training, and employment.

Please feel free to contact us if you want to learn more, or become involved and engaged with the CCC. Again, welcome and thank you for taking the time to learn more about the Citizens Conservation Corps of West Virginia.
